Our current street food menu at the market features
Fusion ke-babs.
This is not your regular kebab, this is what happens when a chef coming from “fine-dining” cooks street food, (you get smooth creams, bold flavours and interesting combinations)
Mediterranean Ke-bab
Roasted peppers, hummus, za´atar, Döner bean curd, sundried tomato sauce, marinated carrots and crispy onions.
