Gemma is the creative chef behind every bit. She worked for over 10 years in the industry until she said: “Enough! I want to be my boss and do something good for people and the planet.”

If someone offers me a challenge (yes, itโ€™s me, Marta, writing now), I canโ€™t say no, and Gemma knew that when she proposed me to be the project manager. I love to organise and have the freedom to try everything that pops into my mind, so if you see something unusual, it might be me.ย

Our mission is to help people reduce their environmental impact through plant-based food without compromising flavours and protein intake.

๐Ÿ’ช We are tired of working with companies that do not share our values (food and water waste, single-use plastic, bad working conditions to maximise profit).ย

๐Ÿ– Alsoย because of the animals.ย (cows have favourite friends and can become stressed when they are separated from one another, Pigs are smarter than your dog and have a great memory).
