We love experimenting and crafting new recipes, so our menu is not fixed. You might enjoy a dish today that may never appear again!
We adapt our menu to every event, making each experience unique.

Our current street food menu at the market features
Fusion ke-babs. 

Mediterranean Ke-bab

Roasted peppers, hummus, za´atar, Döner bean curd, sundried tomato sauce, marinated carrots and crispy onions.

Starter:
Stuffed portobello mushroom or Soup with local/seasonal ingredients
Main: Haggis Wellington with panfried tenderstem broccoli, onion gravy with sage and neeps pure.
Dessert : Blueberry tart with lemon custard.
