We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Due to the ongoing fuel cost increases, any food truck service requiring travel exceeding a total of 40 miles from Edinburgh (round trip) will incur a petrol surcharge of £0.65 per additional mile.

Any catering service exceeding a total of 100 miles from Edinburgh (round trip) will incur a petrol surcharge of £0.60 per additional mile. 

You can change the guest numbers up to 60 days before the event, as long as it’s within 10% more or less than what we agreed—unless we both agree to something different.

Deposits aren’t refundable.

The full balance for the event must be paid no later than 60 days before the event date.

If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, you’ll be charged 50% of the total cost.

If you cancel within 30 days of the event, the full amount will still be due.

You’re responsible for any extra costs from suppliers—like cleaning fees, damages, lost items, or charges for pickup—if they come up.

Planet G Food isn’t responsible if something beyond our control gets in the way of us providing our services. This includes things like pandemics, fires, floods, accidents, or sabotage. We also can’t cover any extra costs or damages you might have because of that.
