Vegan Wedding Catering

Your wedding is important.

That’s why, before giving you reasons to choose our vegan catering for your wedding, let me give you two fun facts about us.
Knowing the people involved in your wedding is essential; at least, it would be for me.

We work with passion because food and attention to detail are our specialities.

Gemma has been a vegan chef for the past 10 years. In just 9 months of cooking and running her own business, we won the Scottish Street Food Awards.

And now my turn, Marta. I am a crazy planner behind all the visuals and logistics. I love lists because they are the best for being efficient and remembering everything; small details matter.

What make us unique as a vegan wedding catering?

Quality and values.

You won’t easily find a catering company that makes almost everything from scratch, cares about the environment, reduces its plastic waste, and considers even ingredients with a low carbon footprint.

Planning a wedding is challenging; you must make countless decisions, but choosing vegan catering can be easy.

The food in a wedding needs to be memorable, because let’s face it, everyone remembers the food. If you want your wedding to be the one people remember for years, vegan catering is the answer. It’s not just about the food—it’s a powerful statement. It shows your commitment to the planet, animals, and your guests’ well-being.

Custom Menus: Our chef can prepare custom menus tailored to your preferences, adding a personal touch that will surely impress your guests.

Our Services

3-Course Meal
A sit-down dinner with a little extra wow. Our vegan 3-course meal brings relaxed vibes, nice plating, and a bit more flavour magic happening on the plate. Perfect for smaller weddings (up to 50 guests) where everyone can really enjoy the experience. Got more people? Don’t worry — we’ve got better options for big crowds.

Family Style
Our vegan family-style catering is all about sharing — big platters in the middle of the table, everyone helping themselves, passing food around, and enjoying conversation over delicious plant-based dishes. It’s the perfect way to create that cosy, communal wedding vibe while keeping things fun and relaxed.

Buffet
Looking for something a little more laid-back? A vegan wedding buffet is the way to go. Guests can walk up, fill their plates, and go back for seconds (or thirds, we won’t tell). It’s casual, colourful, and makes sure everyone gets to try a little bit of everything from our plant-based menu.

CanapĂŠs
Kick off your celebration with creativity and a light touch. Our vegan canapés are perfect for when you want something light to nibble. They’re small enough to snack on while mingling, but big enough in flavour to make your guests ask, “Wait, this is vegan?

Food Truck Experience
Want to really surprise your guests? Our vegan food truck experience is the ultimate late-night wedding snack. Imagine heading outside, ordering from a food truck, and grabbing a hot, fresh plant-based bite. It’s fun, interactive, and guaranteed to keep the energy going well into the night.

Prices

Let’s talk numbers. Every wedding is unique, and so are our menus — so these prices are just to give you a ballpark. Things like guest count, location, and menu choices can change the final quote.

  • Vegan Food Truck Experience – from ÂŁ20 per person. Yep, same price as any other private event — no extra charge just because it’s a wedding. There are a few fixed costs and minimums we need to cover, but it’s still one of the most fun (and budget-friendly) ways to feed your guests.

  • Vegan Buffet or Family-Style Dinner – usually between ÂŁ39–£57 per guest.  Relaxed, plentiful, and full of flavour. A great option if you want a plant-based wedding menu that keeps everyone happy and full.

  • Vegan 3-Course Sit-Down Meal – from ÂŁ69 per person. A little fancier, beautifully plated, and packed with flavour. This service is for weddings up to 50 guests — perfect for smaller, more intimate celebrations.

We keep our prices fair because we genuinely believe a vegan wedding can fit every budget. Whether it’s a casual buffet or a full sit-down dinner, vegan wedding catering makes a big statement — and one your guests will remember.

Please note that the price varies depending on the number of people, the food choices, the season and the distance.

Why Choose a Vegan Wedding Catering?

It’s ethical and sustainable. Opting for vegan wedding catering is a statement of compassion and environmental responsibility.

Our plant-based menus are crafted with sustainable practices, reducing your wedding’s carbon footprint while supporting cruelty-free food production.

It depends on what you choose. It can go from £20  if you are a large group and you want a food truck experience to £69 per person for a 3-course meal.

Yes, we do. We are extremely careful; however, we handle gluten in our production kitchen.

We can. We always send a proposal depending on seasonality, but there’s always room for change. Our chef loves a challenge, and she is very creative. She creates meals that satisfy every palate, vegans and non-vegans alike.

I believe it is. We have plenty of reviews and we won the Scottish Street Food Award by people’s and judges’ choice; with a menu 100% vegan, making the judges not miss meat or cheese.

A vegan diet is rich in nutrients and can contribute to overall health and vitality, making it an ideal choice for your special day. The best answer is that we cook in the same way we cook for ourselves, using high-quality ingredients such as extra-virgin olive oil. We would never serve something that we wouldn’t eat.

Our commitment to quality means we use only the freshest, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.

Very easy. Send us an email with the date of your wedding, location, number of guests and the type of service you would like: a buffet, family-style, 3-course dinner or the food truck. We’ll come back to you with a quote. If you have many questions, we are happy to arrange a call.
